Sunday November 6th is Firework display night at John Nike Bracknell so we will combine squad training with this event.
Join us at 5pm for squad training & preparation for freestyle display before the fireworks, stay on to take part in the display at around 7pm ( no extra cost) , become used to performing in front of hundreds of people & then sit in prime space to enjoy the massive free firework display put on by John Nike supporting a local charity.

Thanks to all that came up to Bracknell on 6th November, we didn’t do a lot of serious training as we were testing the new air bag jump which seems to work but we will move it a bit closer to the bag next time to allow the younger riders to hit it as well. Thanks also to keeping the jam going for the crowd – you all put on a great display & I hoped you enjoyed the fireworks.
Back to serious training next month – focus is on posture & core strength, I’ll try to publish a bit about this under the tips section soon,
